Can I visit the ranch? - Yes we offer ranch tours by appointment only.

Can I use my own butcher? - Yes, however additional fees may apply.

How old are the lambs when butchered? - Typically lambs are butchered between 6-8 months old

How much meat will I get? -Lamb hang weight should yield approximately 50 lbs. of meat for your freezer.

Are there older sheep available for purchase? - Depending on the time of year, sometimes we have older males available.

Can I pick out my lamb to purchase?-Yes by appointment you can come and choose your lamb.

How long will my meat last in the freezer? -Depending on your freezer temperature; 3-5 years.

How does the butcher prepare my meat? - All meat is vacuum sealed in heavy plastic bags.

After I purchase how long until I receive my lamb? - Typically the lambs are born in January; they will be ready to go July/ August. If you purchase later than lambing season (if available) the time is shorter depending on finish date. From birth to butcher is typically 7-8 months.
